Shipping & Returns
UK: All our UK orders are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail, these are not tracked. Once the shipment has been collected by the carrier, you will receive a dispatch email (please check junk folders). Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Be sure to check your local sorting office before contacting us to report a missing parcel. If, after this, your parcel is still missing we will either resend your order via fast track delivery or issue you a refund.
INTERNATIONAL: All orders sent outside the UK will be sent tracked delivery, via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to its designated destination. Please allow up to 20 days for delivery. Teeny Turbans is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For all international orders the customer is responsible for all applicable duties and customs expenses.
Returns & Exchanges:
Here at Teeny Turbans, your customer experience matters to us. Therefore, if we make a mistake with your order, or accidentally send you a less-than-perfect product, don't hesitate to contact us and once we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund.*
If you'd like to return or exchange an item due to ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please make sure you are following our sizing guide when making your purchase, as exchanges are limited to product availability.*
*You have 30 days from receiving the order to either return or exchange a product. If your product has been worn, you cannot return the item. Please note that all faulty items cannot be returned after 90 days.
If an order is missing, or hasn't arrived within our expected turnaround time, you must contact us within 5 weeks of your order date. Beyond the 5 weeks we cannot track or locate a postal order, therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for your order after this time.
